One part of a Constitution needs to be a Bill of Rights. The Voter Bill of Rights is an important part of that. So is a specific item on that Bill of Rights limiting corporate rights. As long as we have corporations (and that will be as long as we have people who get together in a legal fashion for any particular cause, profit or non-profit), we will have to have a delineation of corporations’ rights.
